All day Saturday and Sunday Peyrine will be running a walk in workshop, helping you transform into images your favourite extracts of texts from the festival authors.

Here is how she describes herself:  ‘I was born in Toulouse in 1980, and have since travelled widely, whilst studying and for work.  Flung back and forth between pencil and computer, I have relied on my imagination to forge my own path.  Deeply immersed in the wild world of Fables, I have developed an expressive personal style; this has enabled my creations to pay tribute to my childhood heroes.  My combined experience and travels have given me a broad range of horizons, including the Internet but in particular, and where I feel my real roots lie, the world of cartoons’.

 After selecting a text, Peyrine will guide and coach you through the your own illustration and colouring process.  A small exhibition will be held during the festival but you can still take your masterpiece home with you.
 
Peyrine is a local illustrator and graphic designer, a passionate advocate of comics and illustration.  Her work includes ‘Si Villefranche m’était contée’ and ‘Perchés!’.
